Legal Specialization Sections: Members of Specialization Sections can attend workshops at each quarterly conference at little or no cost and receive discounted registration fees for the Spring and Fall Regional Workshops held each year. Membership is available in the following areas:

California Certified Legal Secretary Program: SFVLSA supports LSI’s California Certified Legal Secretary (CCLS) program. This certification is given upon successfully passing an all-day exam covering Ability to Communicate Effectively, Bookkeeping, Law Office Administration, Legal Terminology, California Legal Procedures, Ethics and Skills. SFVLSA offers ongoing assistance to those interested in this program through study groups, special workshops and other material.
